AREAS OF CLINICAL INTEREST
By using a patient centered care approach, Olivia works with her patients to find the best treatment plan for them based on their current situation and future goals. She has a primary focus in medication management with specialty areas including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, and more. When applicable, her psychotherapy approach has a psychodynamic attachment-based style and incorporates mindfulness practices by helping her patients becoming more aware of their somatic experiences. She believes that the first step to change is awareness. Olivia helps patients create more consciousness into their daily life, identify any negative core beliefs that have been created, and strengthen the nervous system activation response. With the addition of integrative medicine coaching, Olivia’s goal is to help her patients find the root cause of their problems. Here are just a few examples of issues that this approach could help: hormone imbalance, low energy, issues with digestion, weight gain, stress management, memory issues, low libido, and insomnia.
