HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
I feel that my most important time spent is with my grandson. I enjoy self-improvement activities such as continuing education classes, researching scientific improvements in the treatment of mental health and taking time for self-care. I have recently become interested in gardening and find this very relaxing.
