HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
Ms. Hering loves travel, farmers’ markets, gardening and eating at all the fabulous new restaurants in Raleigh and Durham. She frequents the North Carolina State Farmers Market but also enjoys the Durham and Carrboro markets. She even stops at local farmers’ markets when abroad—often they are the highlights of her trips.

TRAINING AND CREDENTIALS
Holly Hering joined the management team at Carolina Behavioral Care in 2015. Her primary focus is financial overview and developing metrics to aid in management. Previously, she worked 25 years at Duke University Medical Center. While there she oversaw financial operations at an outpatient psychiatry clinic, worked as an analyst in the Chair’s Office for Pediatrics, and served as program coordinator for Pediatric Residency. Ms. Hering has taught classes in Excel and presented her work on monitoring progress of residents at several national conferences. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
