Life happens and can present itself with many challenges. Often times those challenges occur unexpectedly. When the unexpected occurs, we may experience symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief and trauma that may cause us to feel powerless and or paralyzed by fear.

I am passionate about helping others through the use of a respectful and non-judgmental approach, providing tools and teaching skills to help with managing overwhelming emotions.

Recognizing that no one is perfect, I encourage people to embrace their own uniqueness and individuality. Through a collaborative partnership and shared decision making, I help my clients learn to recognize their personal strengths and work toward becoming their best selves.
