I am passionate about working with children ages 10+, adolescents and young adults utilizing evidenced based modalities such as art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, while stemming from an eclectic person-centered approach. I specialize in helping clients with anything from transitional periods to clinical mental health problems like anxiety and mood disorders. I strive to help clients build upon their current strengths while gaining tools to be successful in all areas of life through personalized goals. It is my honor to be a part of your journey while we carve a path for you that is healthy and satisfying for you in all areas of life. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and fur babies, being outside, reading, traveling, painting and working out.
