Your Feedback Matters

After completing your athenaTelehealth online visit, you will be prompted to participate in a short feedback survey that uses a star rating system to evaluate your experience.

Upon finishing the survey, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page indicating that your visit has concluded. If you experienced any technical difficulties during the session, you’ll have the opportunity to report those issues directly on that page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you need my email address?

Our medical record software uses your email address as a way of verifying your identity and can be used to help reset your patient portal password if you forget it. We do not sell or share your email address.

Can I connect from a smart phone or tablet?

Absolutely! The Patient Portal can be used on several different devices.
