We provide a full range of clinical services related to substance abuse treatment including detoxification, medication management and counseling.  Outpatient detoxification services include medical management of alcohol, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and opiate detoxification.  

Carolina Behavioral Care provides buprenorphine treatment for opioid dependence.  We offer office-based, medically supervised detoxification. We also offer buprenorphine induction and maintenance therapy.  We also provide comprehensive chemical dependency counseling.

Motivational Interviewing

This is a counseling therapy which engages the client to make changes in behavior through facilitating intrinsic motivation.  The therapy is nonjudgmental, non-confrontational, and non-adversarial.  Through this process the client will envision a better future through specific change goals.
